Hello, this is Terufuku Store Manager.
Today, I'd like to talk about a product I highly recommend: the "Mammoth-yaki" from the "Terufuku Diner Series."

From the Midori City, Gunma Prefecture HP
Mammoth-yaki was a signature product at my grandparents' diner.
It's a taiyaki (fish-shaped cake) in the shape of a mammoth, but the dough and red bean paste were specially blended for us, and we were very particular about the taste.
As a child, I didn't like sweets, so I used to eat the crispy "ears" that formed when the Mammoth-yaki was baked as a snack.
They tasted just like rice crackers and were incredibly delicious.

Actual signboard
My wife, who is an illustrator, drew a wonderful illustration of the Mammoth-yaki, so we decided to commercialize it into products such as letter pads, postcards, and design papers to coincide with the renewal.
Although it's not as popular as products featuring girl illustrations, I'm doing my best to spread the word about its cuteness and nostalgia!
