Kaya Pottery Studio is located in Uonuma City, Niigata Prefecture.
We are pleased to introduce some of Kaya Pottery Studio's charming works, including lidded containers and small plate chopstick rests.

We instantly fell in love with these cute lids, which look like they came straight out of a picture book.
Each piece is meticulously hand-painted, showcasing Kaya Pottery Studio's attention to detail.
These lids are made using a technique called "kakiotoshi" (sgraffito), where a design is scratched away after forming the shape, applying colored slip when semi-dry, and then drying again.
These pieces are filled with time, effort, and love.

Their charming, round forms enhance their cuteness, captivating any maiden's heart.
It feels like a delightful story is about to begin at the dinner table.

The sets come in three types: Oz, Love Letter, and Stroll.
