Each item at Terufuku Shoten is printed separately and assembled by hand before delivery.

Since the number of spares and defective products vary slightly for each item, if even one item in a set is missing, we cannot sell it.

For this reason, we have decided to offer a special assortment of these leftover "end pieces" that would otherwise go unused.


In addition to "end pieces," this assortment also includes two types of wrapping paper, as well as B-grade items such as those with bent corners, slight printing misalignments, or minor scratches.

It will be delivered in a kraft material file.

The contents, including the two types of wrapping paper, vary for each set, so please look forward to discovering what's inside.

 

 We hope you'll find a good use for these "end pieces" that we otherwise couldn't fully utilize!

This is the shipping method for paper products.

Shipping costs are a low flat rate of 185 yen nationwide.

Products are delivered to your mailbox. You can also track your shipment with a tracking number for peace of mind.

*If the product cannot be delivered to your mailbox due to its size, it will be delivered directly to you.

■Yu-Pack (Japan Post)

This is shipping via Japan Post's Yu-Pack service.

Matching items such as tableware and accessories will be shipped via Yu-Pack.

The tracking number will be provided in the shipping completion email.

Orders with a total product amount of 12,000 yen (tax included) or more in a single order will receive free shipping. Please note that this does not apply to orders placed in multiple separate transactions.

■If you order paper products and matching items together

Paper products will be shipped via Click Post, and matching items will be shipped via Yu-Pack, so they will be delivered separately.

Please note that the shipping cost will be the combined total of Yu-Pack and Click Post.

Only Yu-Pack allows you to specify the delivery date and time.

*If you wish to have paper products and matching items shipped together for a gift or other reason, please let us know in the remarks column. Please note that when combined, the box will be larger, and the shipping cost will be combined. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding returns

Defective Products

Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the product. Please note that we cannot accept returns except in cases where the product is defective.

Return Period

Returns must be made within 7 days of product arrival.

If the product is deemed defective, we will bear the shipping costs.
