Tougetsugama's tableware is made from semi-porcelain, a mixture of clay and porcelain clay.
Because porcelain clay is mixed in, no special care is required, and the bowls can be used in the microwave and dishwasher.

This is the shipping method when you purchase paper goods.

Shipping is affordable at a flat rate of 185 yen nationwide.

Items are delivered to your mailbox. You can also check the delivery status with a tracking number for peace of mind.

■If you order paper goods and matching items together

Paper goods will be sent via Click Post, and matching items via Yu-Pack, as separate deliveries.

Only Yu-Pack allows for specified delivery dates and times.

Defective products

Please contact us as soon as possible after the product arrives. Please note that we cannot accept returns except in the case of a defective product.
