His beautiful ceramics are exquisite down to the last detail.

 

"Shinogi" (fluted) is a ridge pattern created by shaving with tools such as spatulas.
Mr. Fukushima's shinogi bowls have truly beautiful curves that stand out against the calm, grayish-white color.
