This is a brushed kohiki soba choko (buckwheat noodle cup) from Mori no Hana Kobo Aigi Kiln, who creates pottery by the Aigigawa River in Nagano Prefecture.
It can be used as a matching set with Mori no Hana Kobo's kohiki pot (sold separately).
This versatile soba choko is great for anything!
It can beautifully enhance the taste of sake, soup, or even dessert.
Made without an electric potter's wheel, each soba choko has a rich flavor and a unique color expression.
